When I saw the colors on colourq challenge, I knew what I wanted to do for this one.
I had recently bought these punches from Neha and wanted to give them a try.
So, here it is---
I punched the balloons from local card stock. The certainly celery colored balloon was punched from a patterned paper. The sentiment is hand written using the glitter pen I had for ages. Button is from stash. the twine/ribbon is from the blog hop I won. I had bought the border punch and while trying to make something else, this punched scrap came along. since my card was looking kinda bare, I decided to put the punched scrap at the left.
